GETTING THERE TOGETHER IS A WAY OF LIFE
Clay Shiver is the Chief Culture Officer at MAX4 Claims Specialists and spear-heads the contractor community nationwide. He has played in the NFL for the Dallas Cowboys and before that played for the legendary coach, Bobby Bowden at Florida State University. He is also co-founder of the UYL Retreat, a 3-day experience that has helped businessmen grow in their leadership.
As an entrepreneur, Clay has launched several businesses and non-profits. His heart to use those experiences to share his story have led men into lives of leadership and purpose. Clay is married with four children and lives in Florida.
